Returns

Return Policy: We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. However, this does not apply to personalized jewelry, coins, utensils, and God idols except in cases of defective or counterfeit products. SUKHIN reserves the right to process refunds after inspecting the returned items. Shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of returns.

In case of missing items in return orders, where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup does not include all said items, the company has the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional products or gift cards/free gifts.

Refund Policy: If you have requested the return of any products, the refund will be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse. After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be processed within 07 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Return Process: You can initiate a return request from our website. Alternatively, you can reach out to our Customer Support team at info@Sukhin.co. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 6/1, Byrappa compond, Puttenahalli Circle, JP Nagar 7th Phase Bengaluru 560078. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once you have booked the return request, please be available for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable or unable to answer the calls, the delivery partner may cancel the reverse pick-up at their discretion. In such cases, the process will need to be re-initiated, increasing the overall timeline.

Please note that while most pin codes are forward and reverse serviceable, some pin codes may only be forward serviceable. In such cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier service, such as India Post, and reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs. 60) incurred by you for processing such returns. If the charges exceed Rs. 60, all excess charges (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) will be adjusted against the customer’s refund. For non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewelry to our warehouse and will receive Rs. 60 towards shipping charges with their refund.

In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, please reach out to our customer support team at info@Sukhin.co within 48 hours of delivery. We will require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel to process the request. Insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering with the packet may result in your claim not being honored. In such cases, the brand reserves the right to make the final decision.
